Mindful + Movement

Being in the presence of your life means being conscious - being aware of your thoughts, emotions, choices, and body sensations - but in an intentional, present kind of way. It means choosing your path mindfully and knowing that healing is not linear.  It’s having an awareness that any conscious movement no matter how small, it is movement bringing you closer to transmuting what no longer serves you. It’s the micromovements that allow us to move more comfortably through the healing journey and I am here to help you gracefully do this with empathy, compassion, and a knowing that alignment between body, mind, and soul helps us to become our most authentic self.
