In-person or online therapy services

Whether you are able to join me in my office for an in-person session or meet with me online, I create a space for you to be your most authentic self, without judgement. I believe that growth and healing come through cultivating and experiencing safe and nurturing spaces and relationships. I hope to help you on your journey of transformation by using a unique path plan (treatment plan) that meets your individual needs in therapy.

family work

Family therapy is often short term. It may include all family members or just those able or willing to participate. Your specific treatment plan will depend on your family's situation. Family therapy sessions can teach you skills to deepen family connections and get through stressful times, even after you're done going to therapy sessions.

walk & talk therapy

Walk & Talk Therapy is another form of us working together.  For some, you may choose to have all your sessions outdoors in nature, creating mindful movements through walking and healing. Others may choose a combination of both office and walk & talk therapy sessions. Whatever you choose, I will walk beside you during this transformation of healing.

For clients with eating disorders or in cases of safety, I take your specific needs and physical & mental health into consideration before I decide if this is the right type of therapy service for you.

supervision + consulting

Becoming a therapist is a journey, and it is a gift to be able to travel this path with supervisees who are developing and integrating their therapeutic skills.

Individual, Dyadic, and Group supervision is available for therapists looking to obtain their full licensure or get certified as an eating disorder specialist (CEDS).

Consultation and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team are essential in the treatment of eating disorders. I will work alongside you and your treatment team ensuring your path to recovery is supported.
